National Sponsors

For the fourth consecutive year, the Toys"R"Us Children's Fund is proud to be the National Sponsor of the Walk Now for Autism Speaks program. Since 2007, Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us employees have rallied around our cause by creating "R"Us walk teams nationwide with their families and friends in an effort to help solve the autism puzzle. The beloved Toys"R"Us mascot Geoffrey the Giraffe is always on hand to bring smiles to the faces of kids and adults on walk days.

Toys"R"Us, Inc. also conducts a nine-week in-store fundraising and awareness campaign in Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us stores across the country and online at toysrus.com.  Held in conjunction with Autism Awareness month in April, the company's 2009 campaign raised $1.9 million.

Since the partnership began in 2007, Autism Speaks has received $5.6 million through money raised during the Toys"R"Us, Inc. in-store and online fundraising campaigns and through donations from the Toys"R"Us Children's Fund and Toys"R"Us, Inc.
